According to a new study by the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, OVER NINETY percent preferred owning their primary residence than investing in the stock market. A majority of those surveyed actually favored being a landlord in comparison to purchasing stocks… with more than FIFTY percent participating households preferring to own a rental property.
