PRe-qualification process
The most important step in the home buying process is to first get pre-qualified.
STEP 1:
GATHER YOUR DOCUMENTS
Last 2 Tax Returns and W2’s, 2 most recent Pay Stubs and Bank Statements, copy of Drivers License and Social Security Card. Please email the documents to [email protected].
*Additional documentation may be requested depending on your qualifying scenario.
STEP 2:
COMPLETE YOUR ONLINE APPLICATION
Take a few minutes and fill out our online application as this will drastically speed up the process. Fill out as much information as you can.
STEP 3:
SIGN YOUR BORROWERS AUTHORIZATION
Download this form, sign and date it, and send it back by either scanning and then emailing the document, or feel free to simply take a photo and email to [email protected].
STEP 4:
LET OUR TEAM GET TO WORK
We will review all of the documentation and work to get you an approval within 48-72 hours. If we need any additional documentation we will notify you right away.
